Mischa Barton DUI plea

Mischa Barton, who starred on television drama "The O.C.," has agreed to serve three years probation for drunken driving, allowing her to avoid jail and escape a charge for marijuana possession, according to a report on People.com.

Barton will plead no contest, which is similar to a guilty plea, pay a small fine and attend three months of an alcohol education class. One charge of marijuana possession will be dropped and another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to a traffic violation, according to People.com.

GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) has issued a statement, responding to Greasy Bear Brandon Davis lashing out at paps last night, using the words "nigger" and "faggot.":

GLAAD told TMZ website, "It is unfortunate that we live in a society where some individuals of note are harassed by paparazzi, but responding to them with racist and anti-gay slurs is simply unacceptable behavior."

Hi Guys,
How many of you guys have subscribed to this blog with the RSS feature? (please tell me so i can get an idea).

Sadly i have had to turn the RSS feeds from the blog off because both this blog and my others have been plaged by people copying my entire posts word for word with automated RSS spam blogs. I spend heaps of my time on these blogs and its sad that people out there would steal my posts and then i end up seeing them all over the internet on all these spam blogs!. If so do use the RSS feature please tell me.
